Are you ready to take charge of your health while learning how to cook delicious Whole 30 meals? The Whole 30 is a 30 day program that focuses on whole food and eliminates processed foods, dairy, grains, soy, legumes, added sugar, and Alcohol.  Learn how to push the reset button with your health, while eating amazingly satisfying meals. This is more than just a cooking class, I will offer tips, and menus and ‘food for thought’. The menu for this class will be a brussels sprout salad with citrus vinaigrette, Pecan crusted salmon over a bed of mushroom cauliflower risotto, twice baked spinach and artichoke potatoes and mango lime chia pudding for dessert.
