Summer is almost here! Get ready for backyard barbecues or weekends at the lake with the BBQ Queens Karen Adler and Judith Fertig. Enjoy a bbq cocktail and then chow down on special appetizers—all from their new book Red, White & ‘Que.  Stir up a pitcher of Grilled Fruit Sangria. Then offer Smoked Goat Cheese-Stuffed Peppadews and flame-licked artisan bread with Artichoke-Roasted Red Pepper Spread. The main deal will be an explosion of flavor--Grill-Roasted Shrimp with Orange Aioli and Green Olive Relish over Smoked Garlic Grits. A sweet and easy ending is Grilled Grape Clusters with Brown Sugar Sour Cream.
