Whether you grow your own veggies or buy them at the farmers’ market, you’ll love the fabulous flavor they get from the grill. We’ll show you how to grill what’s fresh! Shishito Peppers, bell peppers, onions, corn, summer squash, tomatoes… Then turn them into fabulous summer dishes that keep their color and flavor. Try Blistered Summer Squash, Peppers, and Scallions with Goat Cheese. Once you sample Grilled Corn, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad with a Fresh Basil Vinaigrette, you'll know it's just the thing with grilled chicken or steak or burgers. Until, of course, you try Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Cilantro Peanut Dipping Sauce (did you know you can grow peanuts in KC?) and a Grilled Green Onion and Black Sesame Seed Flatbread.  Then as you savor every bite, we’ll talk about all the variations of these recipes….
