Join Chef Paige for a summer menu featuring the vegetables and fruits of the Midwest prepared with an Italian touch.    Paige will demonstrate (and you'll sample) Bruschetta with Sweet Peppers & Ricotta, Fettuccine with Sweet Corn, Pancetta & Sage, Chicken Salad with Cantaloupe, Feta & Arugula, and a Summer Stone Fruit Crostata for a sweet ending.
