Christmas Brunch Party!
It's time to get some new ideas for those upcoming family get-togethers. Chef Sophia will guide you along as we learn how to put together some delicious brunch items that can be prepared ahead of your guests arrival. We will start with an Asian Melon Soup with basil garnish, that is "Oh so Cool and Fresh". Next,  we will learn how to make Jalapeño-Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits with Cajun Sausage Gravy. No brunch would be brunch without a quiche.  So for this class, we will learn how to make a Quiche Lorraine-Florentine. For dessert, we will learn two classics with a twist. Chocolate Brioche Bread Pudding and Caramel Apple Crunch Crisp.  Yes, we will serve fresh made Whipped Cream with both of them! Wow, I'm starving just writing this!
