Global Appetizers done Vegetarian!

Tonight we will learn how to make a variety of different vegetarian appetizers from around the world! We will start with a fried eggplant stuffed with Tofu and served with a Sweet Chili Sauce. Next, it's vegetarian Meatballs with Marinara sauce. We will learn how to make Seitan (A Vegetarian Meat Alternative) and will use it in a yummy dish with a creamy marsala sauce. Then it's on to Grilled Tempe Mediterranean Style in lettuce cups. To finish off the evening, we’ve got to have some Chocolate! How about some No-Bake Brownies!
